The nice lady at the desk made sure we had a room reserved when we arrived at 2:40 a.m. a spur of the moment stay cause we drove a long way and we were real tired. And she made us welcomed. The rooms and hotel was clean, Good location, good breakfast, and comfy beds. I would stay again at any Baymont hotels a d especially this hotel next time I go through Hays,Kansas.And didn't charge you an additional fee for anything.

Bed comfy. Linens & towels all clean. Couch is nice addition for seating along with desk & chair. Enough furniture in the room. Plenty of lighting & outlets to charge devices. Fridge w freezer & microwave. Freezer needs to be defrosted. TV okay; some channels don't work. Saw in another review the same issue. So, why hasn't it been fixed? Bathroom clean with good shower & hot water. Vanity fine. Toilet paper & tissues were stocked. Breakfast was good. Puja was at the Front Desk when I checked in and she was professional, helpful and pleasant. The woman who was there on 5/9, when I checked out, did not smile, spoke one word answer ("no") in response to a question I asked, and was not friendly or helpful. She needs to be terminated, or become more professional, helpful and friendly in a front-facing customer service position. And, the difference in her attitude and Puja's were like night and day. Puja is the best. I asked to speak with the Manager, Mr. Bhakta, because I wanted to know if he was related to Roger Bhakta in Salina, KS. He is not related, but knows of him. Mr. Bhakta at Baymont and I had a pleasant conversation. I would have mentioned the issue with the employee, except she was standing right there when I was speaking with him. All-in-all, as I said to Mr. Bhakta, a pleasant stay. I recommend Baymont, and I would return in the future. Good value for the price!

We had been driving all day and after looking for a room came upon this hotel thru Booking.com and found the price was good so we booked the room and we got a lower room so we did not have to climb upstairs as we are a couple who is in their 70's. we relaxed very nice and got up and had a very nice breakfast, then left for Denver.

Clean, comfortable, recently remodeled, smooth check in and check out, breakfast with all the main items, hot chocolate so I could make a mocha good location for our travel.

At first, the tv would shut off on its own after 2 minutes. The cord was loose and it wouldn’t stay plugged. We were moved to another room and it was fine.

Recently remodeled rooms; Good quality bed; Good quality towels; Clean and comfortable; Good room lighting; 24 hour coffee with decaf and hot chocolate; Breakfast had all the basics and a few extras.

The location was perfect for our travel needs. We did not stay for breakfast, we got back on the road very early, our loss I'm sure.

Is a good facility with very nice staff. Also a very nice value for the price. Would gladly stay there again.
